Bispecific antibodies are a new modality of immunotherapy delivered currently as non- benefit BC Cancer treatment  protocols at BC Cancer regional centres and community oncology sites by registered nurses.

Bispecific antibodies are a specialized group of hazardous drugs that can elicit dramatic host reactions such as cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and related immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) requiring monitoring, prompt recognition, and an advanced level of intervention.
