Complaints
If you have a complaint, please speak with the person who provided the service. You can also speak to the manager of the area. If you do not know who the manager is, you can ask the clerk or secretary who works in the area. If you feel comfortable, you can also ask the person who provided the service.
The best time to talk about a complaint is when it happens. If this is not possible, try to talk about it as soon as you can.
For example, if you have an issue with your nurse, try to speak to the nurse right away. If you are not comfortable speaking with your nurse, ask to speak with the nurse's manager.
If your complaint is still not settled, you can contact the Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO). Please read the information on their website before contacting them.
