To change an appointment

Appointment changes must be made by telephone. Please call the BC Cancer centre where you are to be seen:

To change an appointment, call 604-851-4710 ext. 645301, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  

To change a radiation therapy appointment, call the radiation therapy booking desk at 604-851-4706, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
To change an appointment, call 250-712-3900 or toll-free (within BC) 1-888-563-7773, then follow the prompts for radiation or systemic (chemotherapy) appointments.

If you have to cancel your first appointment, please call the referring physician. The referring physician will help reschedule the appointment.

To change an appointment, call 250-645-7323 or toll-free (within BC) 1-855-775-7300, ext. 687323.

To change an appointment, call 604-930-4094, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. 

To change a radiation therapy appointment, call the radiation therapy booking desk at 604-930-4007, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

To change an appointment, call toll-free 1-800-663-3333 and ask for Ambulatory Care.

 
To change an appointment, call 250-519-5707.

To check a radiation treatment appointment, or to change a treatment appointment before radiation treatment begins, call 250-519-5650, 250-519-5651, or 250-519-5652. If radiation treatment has already begun, call 250-519-5656.

Contact the centre or clinic at which you were treated. Note for that confidentiality reasons you can't change your patient chart information by email.

Information for patients who live outside of B.C. or Canada:

If you are visiting B.C. and are having cancer-related health issues, please go to the nearest emergency room, hospital or urgent care centre. Please do not contact us for treatment.
